Thank you for shopping with AS&A Collectibles. The terms below constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing Time vs. Transit Time

Shipping speed (e.g., USPS Priority, UPS Ground) applies after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Selecting a faster shipping method does not reduce order processing time.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) unless otherwise stated.

- Items marked “RESTOCK” require 5–7 business days for processing.

- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

- During periods of high order volume, processing and delivery times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email or phone.


Shipping Addresses

We ship to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO locations.

- USPS delivers to P.O. Boxes

- UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active after carrier pickup.

- Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, all tariffs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

-These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled or estimated by AS&A Collectibles.

- Carrier or customs delays are outside our control.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and carrier fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the package is accepted and scanned by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or other).

AS&A Collectibles is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, held, or damaged after carrier acceptance.

Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location. We are not responsible for theft after delivery confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

- The item(s)

- Inner packaging

- Outer shipping box

- Shipping label

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages (In-Transit Issues)

For packages lost or stolen in transit, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier. We will provide supporting documentation upon request.

Claims reported after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may be denied or limited due to inability to verify the issue.


High-Value Orders

For high-value shipments, we reserve the right to require signature confirmation and/or insurance. Failure to accept a signature-required delivery does not void delivery responsibility.


General Shipping Disclaimer

Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, shipping times, delays, and handling are outside our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
