Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with AS&A Collectibles. The terms below constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping

Processing vs. Transit Time

  • Shipping speed (e.g., USPS Priority) applies after we hand your package to the carrier.

  • Paying for a faster service does not shorten order processing time.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri), unless stated otherwise.

  • Items labeled “RESTOCK” require 5–7 business days to process.

  • We do not ship or deliver on holidays.

  • During high order volume, processing and delivery may be delayed. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Addresses

  • We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO.

  • We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. (Note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.)

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

  • Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours of carrier pickup.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (If Applicable)

  • If an order ships internationally or incurs government fees, all tariffs, duties, taxes, brokerage, and related charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Carrier or customs delays are outside our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once a package is accepted by USPS or UPS.

  • AS&A Collectibles is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, held, or damaged after carrier acceptance.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with photos of the item, inner packing, outer box, and label so we can help evaluate next steps.

  • For in-transit issues (lost/stolen), please file a claim directly with the carrier; we’ll gladly provide supporting documentation.
