Return Window
You have 5 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible:

The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

No returns for “PC preference” (personal collection) or buyer’s remorse.

I WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN BECAUSE YOU WANT TO “PC”. NOT ACCEPTED.

How to Start a Return
Email info@asacollectibles.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions.
Do not send items back without approval—unauthorized returns will be refused.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate and make it right.
Sealed Products & Manufacturer Imperfections
We sell manufacturer-sealed products. We are not responsible for manufacturer cosmetic imperfections to packaging or contents, including but not limited to: small tears in shrink, minor corner dings, light scuffs/dents, or other minor packaging flaws. These do not qualify as defects.
“NO SHRINK” / Tamper Claims (Video Required)
For items shipped without shrink wrap (“No Shrink”):

To qualify for a refund on a tampered item, you must record a continuous, unedited video of the entire opening.

The video must:

Keep the box and all packs in frame at all times,

Show a timestamp, your name, and order number at the start,

Clearly capture each pack being opened.

No Shrink boxes may arrive with minor dents/scuffs; these are not eligible for refund (they are intended to be opened).
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on: custom/personalized items, perishables (food, flowers, plants), personal care items (beauty products), or hazardous/flammable materials. If unsure, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
To get something else quickly, place a new order and request a return for the original item (if eligible).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, allow 5–7 business days for processing. Your bank/credit card may need additional time to post the refund.
Order Cancellations
All cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.
Preorders
No refunds or returns on preorder items (these are ordered from suppliers specifically to fulfill your order).
Discount Codes
We cannot add or adjust discount codes after checkout. If you cancel due to a missed code, the 10% cancellation fee still applies.
Bot/Automation Policy
Orders placed using bots or automated tools will be canceled, the user may be blocked/IP banned, and a 10% fee will apply.
